Can a house fail the inspection?

No. The inspector doesn’t give a pass or fail grade for the house. The inspection covers the current condition of the house to help inform you of what needs repairs.

How quickly do I get the report?

Justin will deliver your report within 24 hours of the inspection.

Should I be there for the inspection?

It is highly recommended that you be present for the inspection. 

How long does the inspection take?

Typically 3-4 hours, but it could be more for a very large house.

What if I have questions after the inspection?

Please let Justin know – he will be happy to answer your questions.

How much does the inspection cost?

It depends on the size of the house.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Gold bars are great, but if you don’t have those, a check is preferred.
